Who we are

Coloring Photobooth Manila ("we", "us") provides a roaming AI coloring photobooth for events in Metro Manila and nearby areas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and chat assistant, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Quote request form. When you send us a quote request we collect: your name, email address, mobile number, event date and venue, your message, and the page of our website you sent it from. If you arrived through one of our ads or a tracked link, we also record which campaign it was (for example the utm_source and utm_campaign values in the link). If you have allowed marketing cookies (see below), we also record the ad click identifier (fbclid or gclid) from that link.

Chat assistant. Our website has an AI chat assistant. If you use it, we receive the messages you type. If you choose to share them, this can include your name, email, mobile number and event details. Please do not share sensitive information (such as government ID numbers or payment details) in chat.

Payments. We do not take payments or collect card details on this website.

Event photos. At events, our roaming operators take photos of guests and turn them into line-art coloring pages.

Website use and cookies. We keep this simple: some measurement needs no cookies and runs for everyone, and the rest only runs if you say yes.

• Always on, without cookies: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (page views and how fast pages load) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (page views and performance). They do not use cookies or follow you across websites. Cloudflare's tool is only active when we have switched it on.
• Only with your consent, Analytics: Google Analytics, which uses cookies to show us which pages people use.
• Only with your consent, Marketing: Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram), and Google Ads, which use cookies and similar identifiers to measure our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. If you send a quote request while Marketing is allowed, we also tell Meta that a quote request happened. With it we send your email address and mobile number only in hashed (scrambled, one-way) form, together with your IP address, browser details and the Meta ad cookies, so Meta can match it to an ad click. Google Ads and Google Analytics are told only that a quote request happened, without your email or number. We do not send your message or event details to either.
• Our own cookies: cm_consent remembers your choice for 12 months. cm_attr remembers which campaign brought you here for 90 days. Neither is used to identify you.

The cookie banner appears on your first visit. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category. If you reject, none of the optional tools above are loaded.

Changing or withdrawing your choice. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page to reopen the banner and change your choice at any time. Withdrawing stops the tools from running from then on; it does not delete data already collected. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings, or ask us to delete data we hold (see Your rights).

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To coordinate and deliver your booked event.
• To answer your questions in chat.
• To understand how the website performs and, with your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles your data

We use trusted service providers to host our website and run our inquiry and chat systems. They handle your information only to provide these services to us, and we do not sell it. If you allow Marketing or Analytics cookies, Meta Platforms and Google also receive the information described under "Website use and cookies", and their own privacy policies apply to what they do with it. Vercel and Cloudflare process the cookie-free measurement data for us. If you contact us on Facebook or Instagram, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

How we protect it

The connection between our website and our systems is protected by encryption and a secret access key, and access to inquiry records is limited to authorized staff of Capturecraft Inc. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission where the law requires if a breach affects you.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may: be informed how your data is used; access it; correct it; ask us to delete or block it; object to its use; and complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Children

Many of our events are children's parties. This website is meant for adults (parents, hosts, organizers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
